Many of Prince Edward Island’s oldest communities are located on the Points East Coastal Drive. Montague and Souris are the region’s commercial hubs, while Georgetown is the County Seat.  Because fishing has played such a major role of the Island’s history, several harbour communities are home to current or former processing plants, and offer interpretive displays and museums.

Eastern Prince Edward Island is home to the Islands top golf courses and within a radius of less than an hour there is a wide selection of 9 and 18-hole courses, including one of the top 10 courses in North America, the Links at Crowbush.
