I am inspired by the beauty of the landscape and ocean that surrounds me. Nature has always excited and motivated my work, and many of my ideas derive from studying natural objects and underwater life such as shells, seaweed, fishes etc. I use many techniques to create interesting and unusual finishes to add color to my pieces, such as hammering, enameling, etching, using stamps, dies etc. I love integrating precious gemstones and beads to add color and variety to my work, which is usually made of silver. Everything I make is hand-crafted and is mostly limited production or one of a kind pieces. Today I create custom made jewelry from my studio at home, where I teach beginner and advanced jewelry making techniques. I am also available for giving workshops, and to participate in exhibits and different sales venues.
