The Matthew McLean building, listed as a provincially Designated Heritage Place, was built in 1869 and today is the home of The Historium's displays of the community, the Souris Visitors Information Centre, local shops, free internet access and more. Just minutes from the  Îles-de-la-Madeleine ferry terminal.
